I finished this amazing project yesterday. It had a very very short turn around time and I was unsure of the project, but I am happy how it turned out. I usually do not do illustrations of people its just peoples animals. My client gave me a photograph of her uncle and his partner wearing something “matchy-campy” and she really wanted it as a humorous illustration.
Additionally, she wanted herself as a pig because her uncle calls her his little piglet. Yeah, it was a lot of concept and let me just say it is really funny on its own and then throwing in a piglet…..wearing a t-shirt, need I say more.

A gift a customer commissioned for a friend whose dog died this year.

A 40th birthday present for a customers boyfriend. Their favorite colors are red and blue and they wanted to represented as birds.

Meet Kenzo (the greyhound), Ming and Mulan! They are the newest addition to the growing number of animal portraits I am pleased to be creating.

This illustration was created as a birthday present for the owner. Kenzo has a stuffed beaver he is obsessed with so to honor that I created a little pillow with beavers on it.

Ming is the adventurous one and sits a the front. She is also a bit cross eyed which is one of these cute traits Siamese kitties have. Mulan is hiding in back. She is apparently very shy and skittish.

A tattoo design for my friend, and fellow designer, Kevin. He wanted a Halloween theme and I threw in everything I had up my sleeve. It was really fun and is not something I would have thought of without being asked.
